We try our best to remove all tattoo under 8 sessions but some tattoos can be more difficult than other to remove. Don’t worry though after the 8th session the remaining sessions will be 50% OFF.
In the Kirby-Desai scale, numerical values are assigned to six parameters: skin type, location, color, amount of ink, scarring or tissue change, and layering. Parameter scores are then added to yield a combined score that will show the estimated number of treatments needed for successful tattoo removal. This is just an estimate and one thing it doesn’t account for is the general health of the person removing the tattoo.

Taketatttakeover!!!!Like many, I wanted my tattoos removed. I really didn't know where to start, so I just started calling around and making appointments for the process. Where do I begin with how awesome they guys are , first off everyone that needs tattoo removal has an embarrassing story that honestly you’d rather not keep telling, the guys at take tatt didn’t ask or poke at all they where happy to help without making me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. I am KICKING myself for not finding TakeTatt sooner! The first pic was last week, the night before my first session. It’s funny how little people do research before investing in themselves, then they leave negative & inaccurate reviews to confuse other individuals. I did years of research before landing on this company, and am thankful that I did. This entire team, starting with James & Wes, has been phenomenal.You can choose to listen to their advice to help speed the process along and save yourself some money, which I have done, and my results have been incredible. Increasing my water intake & working out more often not only helped my sessions become more effective, they helped me look & feel better overall. I can tell a difference when I am doing my part to help the process along, and when I am not. These details cannot be emphasized enough! All the things we shouldn’t be doing to begin with (drinking, smoking, eating poorly, etc.) are things to avoid while going through this process! I have been going to taketatt since August 2022 and have had 4 sessions. I am seeing progress on my tattoos and they give such a great price. My first 3 sessions I waited around 6 to 8 weeks between sessions and then from my 3 to 4th I waited around 12 weeks. I saw the most progress around the 10 week mark. I am worried about the color lifting. I am excited about my progress so far though! Photos are directly after 4th session. I was skeptical at first but my experience could not be going better. ALSO, I without hesitation can say I feel safe which I was nervous about given it's an unconventional tattoo removal location and I am a women. Here are some progress Pics of two of the three tattoos I am getting done. The third has shown very slight progress but the ink is thick, deep, and scarred due to the tattooer. This last time I can see the lettering is finally coming along.

The TakeTatt team is amazing! They explained everything very thoroughly and made it easy for me to set up appointments. I love that they are mobile so I can plan my day around it! The results are amazing! My tattoo is very old and dark so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get it removed. Trust the process!!!! After my first session it took me a couple of weeks to see the tattoo lightening up. Today I had my second session and the staff was amazing! I was in and out, which works great for me! Yes it does hurt but it’s worth it and it goes fast!!!!

I've had a tattoo for over a decade that just doesn't feel right anymore. Over the years I've explored removal options on multiple occasions and was quoted $7-9K and told that there may be scarring and hair loss as a result of removal, so I learned to live with it. TakeTatt uses the same laser as dermatologists use, the procedure is performed by a local nurse, and the cost is less than 1/4 of what I've been quoted anywhere else. I had the same hesitations as anyone else who is reading this:1) Is this business legitimate, it's a mobile trailer that pops into a mall parking lot? Yes, it's mobile, but extremely clean and professional. Not having a brick and mortar location or big staff is part of what cuts down on operating costs. In fact, popping up in the mall parking lot makes it extremely convenient. I visited a local dermatologist while shopping around and found it to be much less clean, professional, or friendly. Also, TakeTatt's hours are much better (I don't have to stick to the 9-5 schedule of most similar services).2) What keeps them from running away with my money? Mostly the law, but also a contract and the fact that if you pay with your credit card, you're protected. I've been to several sessions, and they've been as dependable as the rising sun.3) Does it hurt? A bit, there's no getting around that. The tattoo hurt, too, right? In the moment it feels like a rapid snapping of a big rubber band, a grease spatter, or a paintball gun, but that discomfort is very short-lived since each session takes about 2 minutes. For a day or so after it feels like a sunburn, thereafter, it feels a little itchy for about a week.4) Will it work? It's not an instant process. My tattoo is anticipated to take about a year. I've had 3 treatments (1 month between treatments) and it is starting to look faded with light areas. My tattoo is black and dense. Speed depends on the density and colors involved.5) How much does it cost? The provide a free estimate and all you have to do is upload a picture. It's not cheap, but it's a lot less than most places charge for the same service. While I'm not a fan of price shopping for professional or medical services because most of the time the client has very little understanding of the technology or expertise necessary, these guys seem to have both at a very competitive price.6) Will it be a huge inconvenience to me? Not at all. I have my sessions in the evenings after work and I'm in and out in 10 minutes (of which 8 minutes is just chatting and catching up on how things are going).I'll update my review if anything changes, but as of this review (3 months of experience with this crew) I would highly recommend them for their reliability, professionalism, price, convenience, and quality of their service. I expect that they'll rapidly be getting much busier as more us learn the benefits of their service.

Their business model makes tattoo removal accessible to so many who would otherwise be priced out. Laser removal is, by its nature, not a pleasant process as it takes multiple sessions and is costly/painful. Taketatt truly makes it as easy as possible. It is affordable (even more so with a package) and I was in and out in ten minutes. It is still painful but they provide ways to help mitigate it as much as can be done. Whenever I get the guts to push through another session I will always come here.

Very professional and nice. A modern approach to removing my tattoo. James and Wes are both great people. The locations are very convenient. It was nice that they texted me a few days before my appointment as a reminder and a few days after my appointment to make sure everything was healing good and to see if I had any questions. The process was very easy and smooth. I sent a picture through text for an estimate and got a price the same night and I didn’t have to leave my home. The location was clean ( I’m a nurse at a hospital so I’m picky).

Just started my sessions. The convenience of the mobile clinic is fantastic. I don't have to drive a 2 hour round trip to a clinic with quality, up to date equipment. The first impression is that the whole thing is clean and professional in the lab . Equipment and all the components seem new and updated. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We went over the procedure to get ready. They give plenty of opportunities to take a break if needed. The procedure was over quite quickly. Mine personally was over in less than 5 minutes . Pain is completely bearable . Compared to living with a mistake. The following day felt a sore, kinda like a bruise. Little bit sensitive to heat . So take a cooler shower. The price is a deal considering what dermatologists / spas with inferior laser equipment charge. After the first session, I definitely saw some lightning and fading. The staff gave me complete after care directions. I will reply when I'm done. So far, so good.
