2. We love to communicate via text message but we’re available by phone everyday 10am to 7pm.
Text messaging just seems the best way to give quotes to clients, manage appointments and keep in touch with clients. We like to send progress photos this way but it’s also nice to reference our conversations for dates etc. as well.
3. We over communicate if anything
When you book your first appointment, you will get a a series of messages that explain next steps. We will need some basic info from your before starting the process to make sure you are a good candidate. After we review all that info we will let you know that you’re good to go. Once your appointment is approaching you’ll start getting reminders and even a link to our exact location.
After each appointment we will remind you of after care instructions, we will follow up with you via text message 24 hours and send progress photos.
We’re always here for you whenever you need us, and we’ll always try to make sure you know each step of the journey.
